	Clean Air Act Compliant Paint Booth  TOP   Custom Doors Hydraulic Doors and Awnings This is an example of a one-piece hydraulic side mounted container door (23' x 8.10') used to create a mobile bar. Doors can be installed on 20' or 40' shipping containers.  TOP   Standard Roll Up Doors Our standard roll-up doors come in a variety of various sizes ranging from 4 feet wide to 8 feet wide. They are typically 7 feet high depending on whether the roll door is installed in a standard or high cube container. They are 26 gauge steel doors that are equipped with a sliding locking clasp. They are available in several colors as well. If you need doors on either end of your containers, why not save money by having a secure rollup door installed on the opposite end of the swing doors?  Exterior Mount Rollup Doors   TOP Heavy Duty Roll-Up Doors   Our heavy duty roll-up doors are available from 4 feet wide to 10 feet wide. They are typically 7 feet high depending on whether the roll up door is installed in a standard height or high cube container. These doors are 20 gauge galvanized steel and provide extra security if the container is not stored in a secure yard. It is our most popular door. It is suited for industrial as well as residential applications. It can be equipped with an optional deadbolt and handle lock. TOP   Interior Doors    Interior doors are commonly utilized in storage applications when a container is divided into sections. (½ Office Space & ½ Storage Space) It provides easy access from the office to the storage area.  TOP   Windows & Skylights This is our most popular window. It’s a 2 foot x 3 foot double pane window with a screen. This is a functioning window as well. The security bars are optional. This is a slightly larger window. It is a 3 foot x 3 foot double pane window with screen. This is a functioning window as well. The security bars are optional. TOP   Skylights   Skylights are a great option to let the natural light in and increase visibility inside your storage container.  TOP   Climate Control Heating, ventilation and air conditioning options are available for your container as well. Depending on the size of the area you wish to climate control and the temperature requirement, we have many options available for you to choose from.    Window AC   Window Air Conditioners are a great way to regulate the temperature inside your container. We offer units with cooling as well as cooling and heating capabilities. Let us recommend a unit to fit your storage requirements.  TOP   Wall Mount   Commercial through the wall HVAC systems are available in sizes ranging from 1.5 to 5 tons. They can be equipped to cool or for cooling and heating.  TOP   Rooftop Turbine Vents   Rooftop Turbine Vents are the least expensive option available. They are also the most popular option when it comes to ventilation. They can be mounted anywhere on the roof. Many of our customers choose to have multiple vents installed. A power source is not required for this type of vent. It is a good alternative for customers storing temperature sensitive items on a limited budget.  TOP   Louver Vents   Intake Louver Vents are available in sizes ranging from 12” to 36”. They are typically installed in conjunction with one of our exhaust fans. They can also be installed independently to allow for air to pass through the container naturally. They come standard with bird screens. TOP   Escape Hatch   Add an escape hatch to your emergency survival container.   TOP   Mini Unit   We can convert your containers to any desired shape or size.   TOP   Custom Wall Openings with Reinforcements   We provide new and used containers with cutouts and reinforcements for larger building projects incorporating shipping containers. TOP   E-Track   We will install E-Tracks to help you securely harness your precious cargo during transit.  E-Track is a metal railing that runs horizontally (or vertically) along the inside walls of a container to tie down your cargo.   TOP   Interior   Standard containers are not insulated or finished on the interior. The interior climate of your container can be drastically improved by adding insulation. Most of our customers choose to go with fiberglass insulation. It is the same type of insulation you find in many homes. At a thickness of 3 ½”, it provides an R-13 insulation value.   Interior Options   Modalart offers a full range of interior options to fit you requirements. They include, but are not limited to, the following:   Installing ½” plywood over 2” x 3” wood studs and R-13 insulation. This is the most common interior finish for climate controlled storage or office containers and can be painted for an additional charge.   We also offer FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panel) durability, easy maintenance and sanitation are required. These are installed over standard studs and insulation and provide a durable, shatter resistant surface that:   ·   Resists scratches. ·   100% moisture resistant. ·   USDA and Agriculture Canada certified. ·   Thermal shock and chemical resistant. ·   Cleans easily with steam, high pressure sprayers or soap/water. ·   Extensive color options on textured or smooth surface improves design flexibility. ·   Class A or Class C fire-rating available. ·   Color-matched moldings and fasteners. ·   High impact strength. ·   Low maintenance.   If fire codes prohibit the use of wood we can also finish the interior using metal studs and aluminum or steel sheathing.   Flooring   The containers are normally fitted with insect resistant plywood flooring. These floors can be left as is, painted or finished with commercial vinyl flooring materials. TOP     Electrical   Choose from a variety of electrical services for your storage units or office spaces.   ·         Standard Electrical ·         Fluorescent Lighting ·         Standard Receptacles TOP   Shelving   We have shelving systems available for your container. We are able to configure the shelving to meet your storage requirements. The shelves hang from the interior “D” rings of the container. In most cases there are no interior or exterior modifications required to hang the shelves. If you decide you no longer need the shelving it can easily be removed. Container shelving is a great way to organize your container.   Features Uses interior D rings meaning no interior or exterior modification to the container is  needed Adjustable – You can place either down the entire side of the container or in smaller sections Removable – If you decide you no longer need the shelving, you can easily remove TOP   Locking Mechanisms   We understand that your container and the contents inside can be very valuable. Standard containers come equipped with locking clasps, 2 on each door, leaving your lock exposed. We offer locking mechanisms that can provide additional security to help keep your items secure.   Lock Box   Container Door Locks   Heavy Duty and Standard Size Cargo Locks secure the double doors of all sea containers and semi-trailers. Adjusts to fit the vertical bars from 9 ¾” to 16” apart. An extension is available for the Heavy Duty Cargo Door Lock for odd size container bars 17-21” apart. The Heavy Duty Cargo Door Lock is recommended for stationary storage containers and trailers.   Heavy Duty Cargo Door Lock (Weight 13 lbs). Built with 2” and 2.5” tubing having 3/16” walls. End Plates are 3/16” X 6” Cargo Door Lock (Weight 6 lbs). Built with 1” and 1.25” tubing having 11 gauge walls. End Plates are 3/16” X 2” Keyed Locks: 2 keys come with each lock; multiple units (any lock) can be keyed alike. Combo Locks: Set or change your own 4 digit combination from the unlocked position. TOP   Container Casters   Need to move your containers without the help of a truck, forklift, or a crane? Simply attach our casters to the bottom corner posts of your empty containers, and easily move them across any hard and even surface.   TOP   Container Leveler   The most common cause for racking of container doors and the rocking of a unit is when the container is placed on uneven ground. • Level your container on uneven ground in just minutes. • The Container Leveler can handle loaded containers and lift over 20 tons! • Compact and easy to use and can be put into place almost effortlessly.   Our Leveler is made of 1/2" thick steel plate. It is designed to fit into any part of the bottom comer castings by using a twist lock head The head allows for the pin to be secured into place. A 12 - 20 ton bottle jack is used lift the container off the ground. Shims can be put into place to prevent the racking of the container when set back into place.   Our Container Leveler is an essential tool for all container operators and handlers! TOP   Custom Painting   Applying paint is an excellent way to improve the aesthetics of your container. Adding a fresh coat of paint also helps protect the surface from the constant exposure to the elements. We use marine grade industrial enamel. It is a coating that is made to be applied on exterior steel surfaces.     Choose your custom RAL paint colors or logos for your purchased containers   RAL paint colors or select from our stock colors below:   white light gray dark gray forest green beige   After applying the color, containers receive a rust-inhibiting urethane enamel coating for a long-lasting protective coating.
