You wish to purchase an empty shipping container and have it dropped off at your yard. There you'd stuff it with goods, and then have the stuffed container picked up for further transport, or even have it shipped overseas to the Bahamas, Haiti, Brazil, etc. So far, so good?

When you load goods into your already very heavy shipping container at your yard, it will most likely be far too heavy to be picked up by a tilt-bed or Landoll trailer for further transport. This could become an expensive problem. You would need to hire a crane or industrial strength forklift to hoist your loaded container onto a chassis. In remote areas this might not even be an option!

ModalART comes to the rescue: We'll supply your purchased shipping container on a chassis to load your goods, and then haul the laden unit to its final destination, such as a container port for export overseas. You can buy a chassis from us, or rent short or long-term. We make it really simple!
