CODE OF CONDUCT
Our customers must
be able to count on MODALART’s integrity:
1. We
shall honor commitments to our customers;
2. We shall
treat all customers in a fair and respectful manner; and
3. We shall
provide products and services that represent good value.
We shall not
violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and we shall be in
compliance with the letter and the spirit of the Laws and
Regulations of any jurisdiction within which we operate.
Any "proprietary
information" we learn about in the course of our business dealings
shall be kept confidential, inter alia, for competitive reasons, and
to protect our customer's or employee's privacy.
Any “inside
information”, such as material, non-public information on sales,
earnings, acquisitions or divestiture plans, new products or other
major developments shall be kept confidential.
