about shipping containers a while ago and I’ve been pricing them for
about a year. Your best bet is buying them off a shipping container
company who has direct ties to the ports, since they’ll literally be
coming off the ocean, on to a flatbed truck and then delivered to
wherever you are. I priced around with a few different companies and
was surprised to see prices were all so different. I’m glad I did my
price check because we ended up saving thousands of dollars. (...)

was a good choice. If you’re looking for a container, I’d recommend
them. We’ll definitely use them again if we buy a few more
(ultimate goal is to have a 2-3 story container house). They were
easy to work with, as well as recommending us trusted trailer

two containers were sourced, fabricated, painted, skinned and welded
by a wonderful vendor - ModalArt based out of Norwalk Connecticut.
Roger is fantastic and took great care of us. I would strongly
recommend them for anyone building a shipping container structure in
the Northeast. They then provided transport for New Haven CT to our
place in Delaware County in the Catskills. Thanks for your interest

internet is filled with adds selling containers & I believe
ModalART is the best with the quality of the containers, &
definitely the customer service................
The 1) thing I would like to change is...... It is allowed
15 days to have containers removed from depot or port......
I think 30 days would be more suitable since the trucking
industry can be unreliable..........

my container somewhat naturally camouflage my plan is to paint it
barn red with white framed barn-looking doors and a few painted on
windows on the sides. I will send you some of that once it's
painted. delivery was fast and did a great job at setting where I
